KeyResponsibilities

• BusinessAnalysis&Workshops:Leadandfacilitatediscoveryworkshopstogathercomprehensiveclientrequirementsandmapcurrent(As-Is)businessprocesses.
• ProcessImprovement&Optimization:Analyzeclientoperationalworkflowsidentifysystemicinefficienciesanddesignoptimized(To-Be)processesalignedwithindustrybestpractices.
• SoftwareConfiguration:TranslateimprovedandvalidatedworkflowsintofunctionalsystemdesignsandconfigurationswithintheNetSuiteplatform.
• Testing&UserAcceptance(UAT):PrepareandguideclientsthroughUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT)scriptstoensuretheoptimizedoperationallogicflowsperfectly.
• Go-LiveInvolvement:Playanactiveroleduringhigh-stakesdeploymentphases(Go-Live)toensureasmoothoperationaltransition.
• ClientTraining&Enablement:ConductengagingtrainingsessionsforclientSubjectMatterExperts(SMEs)andend-userscreatingcleardocumentationtosolidifythenewworkflows.
• Post-Go-LiveSupport:Provideproactivefunctionalsupportandhypercaretoclientsduringtheoperationalstabilizationphaseimmediatelyfollowingdeployment.

Requirements&Qualifications

• SaaSExperience(CoreRequirement):1to3yearsofexperienceinbusinessanalysisorsoftwareimplementationswithintheSaaSecosystem(ERPCRMHRISorrelatedsolutions).
• Client-Facing&ProcessMindset(CoreRequirement):Provenclient-facingbackgroundwithanaturalabilitytoanalyzedocumentandimprovebusinessprocesses.
• Bilingualism(CoreRequirement):FlawlessverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinbothFrenchandEnglish(essentialforhandlingourbilingualNorthAmericanclientbase).
• Education:UniversitydegreeinBusinessAdministration(OperationsManagementMIS)InformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Foundationalknowledgeofcorporateaccounting:Generalunderstandingofstandardfinancialworkflows(GeneralLedger/GLAccountsPayable/APAccountsReceivable/AR).
• DirectexposuretoNetSuiteorothermainstreamcloudsystems(SalesforceOdooSageDynamics).
• Experiencedraftingprocessworkflowsusingmappingtools(LucidchartVisio).
