In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting live transactions and marketplace activity across Hiives business.

• Analyzing data building reports and generating insights that help drive business decisions.

• Partnering with teams across Marketplace Institutional Markets Operations and Client & Transaction Services to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate records and workflows using Salesforce and Hiives internal systems.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and help implement scalable solutions.

• Working closely with experienced team members who will mentor and challenge you as you grow.

• Taking on increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate impact.

Required Skills

• Recently completed (or are completing) an undergraduate degree in any discipline with an exceptional GPA (transcript required).

• A proven track record of excellence whether through academics athletics leadership entrepreneurship or extracurricular activities.

• Internship co-op or work experience where youve demonstrated initiative accountability and strong execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to solve complex problems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Curiosity humility and a desire to learn quickly in a high-performance environment.

• Excited to work in person from Hiives Vancouver headquarters.

Preferred Skills

• Internship or coursework in finance business economics engineering or another quantitative field.

• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

• Interest in private markets venture capital startups or financial technology.
