Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic

Position Overview

We are seeking a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team immediately. This is a field-based role (service truck) requiring strong troubleshooting diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of heavy-duty equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty equipment
• Perform field service work safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with peers operators supervisors and management
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification (Red Seal)
• Clean Driving Abstract
• H2S certification
• CSO certification
• First Aid certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Organized and efficient
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical experience (required)
