TheOpportunity:Sustainability
Our Sustainability Reporting & Assurance professionals help organizations effectively manage sustainability related risk and opportunities while also navigating through increasingly complex regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work with organizations on building trusted information they need to make sound decisions. Using advanced technologywereable to focus onestablishingthe right controlsprocessesand structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based onaccurateinformation and assure that information provided to third parties isaccurate complete and can be trusted. Future reportingwontjust be about financials - it will also be about measures like peoples insights intellectual capital and social and environmental impacts. As part of our team youll focus on identifying and prioritizing sustainability issues setting goals that support alignment and integration of the sustainability vision into overall corporate strategy and implementing processes controls systems and dashboards to measure progress for consistent and accurate reporting.

As an Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Qualitative and quantitative research using ESG data
Develop and execute on assurance procedures related to ESG attestation engagements
Evaluation of organizations processes & controls to support external reporting
Complex technical accounting and analysis of GAAP impacts related to ESG
Apply analytical skills and specialist knowledge with our world-class client base
Assistin developingappropriate disclosuresin accordance withapproved ESG reporting standards and framework
Contribute effectively to complex multi-disciplinary projects often supporting several projects at a time
Helping our clients improve the way they report and build trust around their sustainability performance
Assistingour clients in tackling climate change issues and opportunities by providing Greenhouse Gas reporting quantification and assurance
Support internal and external thought leadership while building client relationships andprovidingindustry insight on ESG
Providing ESG reporting & assurance services to household names in a diverse range of industries everyone from big-name broadcasters to multinational banks telecoms operators and energycompanies
Participate in client meetings andassistin preparation of deliverables and reports
Business development activities such asassistancein preparation of budgets and proposals andinitiatingmarketing of services to new and existing clients
Whatyoullbring to this role
Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education and working to obtain or have obtained all Canadian CPAprerequisite courses
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment tovaluing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulatenew ideas
Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills; an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about datafactsand other information to deliver quality to our clients
Share and collaborate effectively with others building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
Ability to easily adapt and prioritizedemonstratingproject management skills to handle changing priorities

- The salary range for this position is $63000 - $73000. Eligible employees will also have the opportunity to participate in our performance pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
