Janitorial Supervisor
Job Summary
Were hiring a Janitorial Supervisor for full-time Hours to supervise cleaning staff and oversee cleaning operations at multiple sites. This role focuses on staff supervision site inspections cleaning quality safety and client communication.
Must have a valid Class-5 drivers license and the ability to travel to multiple client locations.
- Supervise and support cleaning staff at multiple sites
- Assign daily tasks and ensure schedules are followed
- Monitor attendance punctuality and staff performance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained
- Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action is completed
- Provide coaching and support to cleaning staff
- Ensure staff follow safety PPE WHMIS and company procedures
- Report operational issues and client concerns to Management
- Maintain accurate staff performance and site records
- Ensure coverage is arranged when required
- Travel to different client locations as scheduled
- Support Management with operational needs when required
- Previous supervisory or janitorial experience (preferred)
- Valid Class-5 drivers license
- Ability to travel between multiple client locations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of workplace safety PPE and WHMIS
- Flexible and available to respond to operational needs
- Professional and respectful when dealing with staff clients and Managemen
