Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Review & Modernization

• Analyze current manual service delivery processes
  
• Identify opportunities for:
  • Process re-engineering
    
  • Automation & digitization
    
  • AI and emerging technologies adoption
    
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows
  

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Planning

• Develop and manage detailed work plans and timelines
  
• Conduct:
  • Process mapping
    
  • Gap analysis
    
  • Current-state assessments
    
• Collaborate with:
  • PSES program divisions
    
  • Technology & Innovation teams (Cybersecurity Data Digital Delivery etc.)
    

3. Evaluation & Analysis

• Develop baseline metrics including:
  • Cycle time wait time volume error rates
    
• Perform:
  • Root cause analysis
    
  • Process pain-point identification
    
• Assess modernization opportunities based on:
  • Feasibility
    
  • Impact
    
  • Strategic alignment
    

4. Reporting & Recommendations

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
  
• Deliver:
  • Modernization strategy
    
  • Technology adoption roadmap
    
  • Measurable improvement estimates
    
• Provide actionable insights aligned with IMT strategy
  

5. Change Management

• Support adoption of new processes and technologies
  
• Identify stakeholder impacts and adoption risks

• 5 years in data analysis reporting and evaluation frameworks
  
• 5 years in business process analysis & technology modernization

• 2 years experience with:
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
    
  • Process automation & digitization best practices
    

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with:
