EMPLOYER: Northland Properties Corporation (NPC)LOCATION: Support Centre Vancouver BCEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full TimeCOMPENSATION RANGE: $48000-50000BENEFITS: Health/Dental/Vision RRSP Paid Time Off Employee the RoleWere looking for a skilled SharePoint Engineer to join our team in this role youll design build and maintain SharePoint solutions that support our organizations collaboration document management and workflow automation needs. This is an in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on collaborative team Youll DoDesign develop and maintain SharePoint Online / On-Premises sites lists libraries and workflowsCustomize SharePoint using PowerShell PnP SPFx Power Automate and Power AppsManage site permissions information architecture and governance policiesTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance access and configuration issuesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport migrations upgrades and integrations with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams OneDrive Outlook)Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processesProvide end-user training and support as neededWhat Were Looking For2 years of experience administering or developing SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises)Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related toolsExperience with Power Automate Power Apps or SPFx developmentWorking knowledge of PowerShell scriptingUnderstanding of SharePoint permissions information architecture and governance best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholdersComputer Science Degree or combination of education and experienceMust be able to work in-office in Vancouver BCNice to HaveMicrosoft certifications (e.g. MS-500 MS-102 or related M365 certifications)Experience with Azure AD Active Directory or hybrid environmentsPrior experience in a similar in-house IT or engineering teamNPC uses AI enabled tools to assist with application management.
