CAE is seeking a SOC Analyst (CSIRT) to join its growing cybersecurity team. You will play a key role in monitoring detecting and responding to security events to help protect CAEs digital assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their cybersecurity careers in a fast-paced SOC environment.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security events from multiple sources.
  • Detect analyze and triage incidents.
  • Document investigations and maintain records.
  • Support incident response activities.
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings.
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Maintain and improve SOC processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field.
  • Relevant certifications may substitute education.
  • Knowledge of security tools (SIEM IDS/IPS EDR DLP firewalls).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and operating systems.
  • Understanding of common attack techniques.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is an asset.
  • Basic French language skills considered an asset.
