Job Summary
Desired Profile:
- We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong analytical skills capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to project execution under the leadership of the project manager ensuring deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the production and updating of project management deliverables (plans progress reports dashboards indicators documentation).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of activities and timelines in a hybrid context (SAFe and Waterfall).
- Support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct data analyses to produce relevant summaries for executive decision-making.
- Contribute to risk management issue identification and monitoring of mitigation plans.
- Support the project manager in preparing executive files including high-visibility ad hoc requests.
- Ensure the application of Desjardins project management methodology.
- Manage and update activities and deliverables in management tools (including JIRA).
- Contribute to governance activities and to Accountability

Requirements and Expertise:
- Experience in project management in large-scale contexts (ideally transformation or IT)
- Experience working in support of a senior project manager or in a key contributing role
- Experience in projects involving: Migration or implementation of solutions (e.g. platforms or systems) Data management and analysis Multi-stakeholder environments Proficiency in advanced office software: Excel (including pivot tables) PowerPoint (executive presentations)Comfortable with project management tools
- Project: JIRA Asset: Power BI Experience in hybrid delivery methodologies (agile/waterfall) Experience in vendor management (asset)
- Bilingualism (French/English)
Key Assets:
- Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g. Planisware)
- Knowledge of a financial environment or large organization
- Experience in transformation projects with a change management component
- Project management certification (PMP ACP or other)

- Explanatory note: The "Experience in projects involving..." section is an illustrative list of three elements not three separate cumulative requirements. A candidate who covers migration/implementation and multi-stakeholder projects without data management experience meets the intent of the requirement. The Planisware asset is listed as a bonus but in the context of an active migration to this tool its presence will be a real differentiator in the client evaluation.
