About the Role (Job Summary)

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives within McKessons healthcare this role you will manage multiple projects ensuring delivery on time within scope and aligned with business objectives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive execution improve processes and enhance decision-making through data and insights. This role offers the opportunity to leverage modern tools including analytics and AI-driven insights to improve project outcomes and organizational efficiency.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead the development and execution of project plans ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget

• Track and report progress across multiple projects using dashboards and enterprise project management tools

• Develop and maintain project dashboards to monitor milestones risks and overall performance

• Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Apply project management methodologies and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and frameworks

• Coordinate project resources and resolve issues to maintain delivery momentum and minimize risk

• Leverage analytics and insights to anticipate risks improve forecasting and support decision-making

• Facilitate post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals

Basic Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience and typically requires 4 years of relevant experience 2025 PDF

• 4 years of experience managing projects in enterprise or technology environments

• Hands-on experience with project planning scheduling and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives

• Experience using project management tools (e.g. dashboards reporting tools or enterprise PM systems)

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively

• Experience applying project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)

• Strong experience in tracking project performance risks and reporting to stakeholders

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience with predictive analytics or AI-driven tools for project insights and forecasting

• Exposure to healthcare or healthcare technology environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
