Job Summary

Job Summary: The Inventory Operations Specialist is responsible for managing product and inventory data to ensure smooth operations across the organization. This specialist will be responsible for item set up and maintenance of styles SKUs labels pricing and bills of materials as well as supporting initiatives that improve the quality and reliability of our inventory data. The role collaborates closely with internal teams and contractors to support production value-added services and inventory management helping to maintain efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment. The specialist is expected to challenge the status quo questioning existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Duties and Responsibilities:Create New Styles Skus Labels Merchandise groups (Color Dimensions Size Ranges Customers Categories) Bill of Materials Cost Sheets Special PricingData Cleanup- adjusting duplicate styles skus labels and assisting in inventory discrepanciesMaintaining Data Integrity (conduct data reviews and validations) updating size availability prices vendors codes costs statuses customers and HS/duty codesDaily collaboration with the embroidery department allocations and contractors to maintain constant flow of workCreate production orders for value added services with in-house/outside contractorsAdjust and revise production orders due to inventory discrepancies/BOM errorsCreating Manual order stock transfers between warehousesBiweekly follow up and cleanup of past due productionsMaintaining contractor cost updatesOther duties as assignedExperience and Education:College/associates degree in supply chain data analytics or business administrationExperience in supply chain and logisticsExperience in ERP and warehouse management systemsMinimum 6 months experienceKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Highly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns inconsistencies and opportunities for improvementStrong sense of ownership and accountability for the accuracy and quality of workAble to manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-throughComfortable working with data and identifying issues within large or complex datasetsVerbal and written communication skillsCollaborationService OrientationComputer knowledge MS Excel Outlook Word WMS and ERP systems (Blue Cherry)Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
