Molson Coors Canada is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Six Pints Collective team based in Stayner Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Production Services Analyst this role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our supply chain and inventory management processes.
Maintain accurate real-time inventory records of finished goods empty kegs and packaging materials ensuring alignment between physical inventory and ERP system records by lot code.
Perform inventory counts and reconciliations as required.
Communicate available inventory levels to support supply planning and customer demand requirements.
Generate pick sheets bills of lading (BOLs) delivery documentation and shipping paperwork for outbound shipments.
Coordinate shipments to warehouses distribution centers and brewery locations in accordance with supply plans.
Generate Accounts Receivable invoices and ensure purchase order pricing aligns with invoiced amounts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support transaction reconciliation to ensure complete product traceability.
Create and validate documentation for inbound materials and finished goods.
Monitor damaged inventory and product shelf-life to support inventory disposal decisions when required.
Process keg rebranding transactions.
Manage lot selection for co-packing activities and validate completed co-packed production whether completed internally or by third-party partners.
Non-Alcohol Beverage Production Support
Support non-alcohol production activities with external manufacturing and warehouse partners.
Process finished goods production transactions and packaging consumption records.
Process sales transactions and inventory transfers to Molson Coors facilities.
Track lot codes and maintain traceability for co-packed products.
Process Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPOs) and Accounts Payable invoices for related warehousing and production services.
Monitor packaging inventory levels and determine reorder timing for materials such as cans cartons and trays.
Financial & Administrative Support
Complete month-end inventory and transaction activities in accordance with Finance deadlines.
Process Goods Receipt Purchase Orders for brewing and packaging materials received at the brewery or distribution center.
Process Accounts Payable invoices and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Electronically organize and maintain invoice records and supporting documents.
Materials & Logistics Support
Assist with the management of empty keg inventory (20L 30L and 50L).
Support inbound freight scheduling and coordination with suppliers and warehouses.
Assist with inventory transfers between warehouse and brewery operations to support just-in-time inventory management.
Perform inventory counts and reconciliation activities as required.
Quality Program Support
Support product hold and release activities as directed by the Quality Manager.
Assist with product traceability and mass balance reporting.
Validate inventory associated with quality holds and product releases.
Conduct internal audits to support food safety and quality management programs.
Assist with sample requests and product labeling activities.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Support
Serve as a worker representative on the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Conduct monthly workplace inspections at the Distribution Centre.
Participate in monthly Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings.
Promote and support a safe working environment through compliance with company health and safety programs.
Team Support
Provide vacation coverage and operational support for Warehouse team members as required.
Act as backup support for the Senior Production Services Analyst and related responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing brewing or distribution environment.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered an asset.
Knowledge of inventory control logistics warehousing and supply chain processes.
