Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.

Description:

Responsible for completing material movements in the ERP including receiving consuming and production write on and ensuring accurate master data

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all inbound and outbound material movements in ERP
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit adjustments with proper documentation to the inventory owner
• Contribute to inventory accuracy initiatives such as cycle counts
• Identify master data integrity issues and escalate to the master data owner when changes are needed or records should be deactivated

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or oil & gas environment preferably with downhole tools or precision components
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Fishbowl SAP Oracle or similar)
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
