Inventory Clerk

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Montréal-Est.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our warehouse. You will be mainly responsible for receiving storing tracking and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive materials verify their accuracy and condition and enter the required data into our systems;
• Organize and store materials in designated areas ensuring proper labeling and categorization;
• Operate various material-handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts;
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Respond to requests at the counter and provide excellent service to internal customers;
• Prepare orders package materials and handle shipments according to sales and distribution schedules;
• Perform manual inventory counts and monitor inventory levels;
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse;
• Participate in periodic audits and prepare inventory reports;
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications :

• You have reliable transportation to get to work (the site is not accessible by public transit);
• You have experience in warehouse operations inventory management or supply chain;
• You are comfortable using computer tools and inventory management systems;
• You are organized detail-oriented and thorough;
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You have a forklift certification (asset);
• You are bilingual (asset).
