The PC Mastercard team is seeking a Co-op Student to support its dynamic fast-paced Lifecycle Management & Partnerships team. The role supports key initiatives across customer lifecycle management engagement and retention programs and strategic partner relationship management. It works cross-functionally with Digital Marketing Product Data and external partners to support initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement for no-fee and Insiders credit cards. The successful candidate will gain exposure to customer lifecycle strategy partnership management data analysis performance reporting and cross-functional project coordination while contributing to customer and business outcomes.
- Support customer lifecycle management initiatives focused on improving engagement card usage retention and the overall cardholder experience.
- Analyze customer campaign and business performance data to identify trends measure results and support data-driven business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing Product and Data to support the planning execution and tracking of key business initiatives.
- Conduct research on customer behaviours market trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports analyses presentations and executive materials for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
- Support the management of strategic partner relationships through monthly reporting performance tracking quarterly business reviews and ongoing initiatives that contribute to long-term partnership success.
- Support internal monthly business reviews and performance deep dives through data analysis insight development reporting and preparation of materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate partner quarterly business reviews and internal monthly business reviews by gathering data and stakeholder inputs updating presentations tracking deliverables and helping ensure materials are completed and delivered on schedule.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Commerce Marketing Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to support business decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to organize analyze and present information effectively.
- Strong communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work multiple priorities simultaneously with track record of implementing results.
