Instructor, Human Anatomy & Physiology

Oulton College is seeking a qualified instructor to teach Human Anatomy & Physiology I and Human Anatomy & Physiology II including associated laboratory components within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

This is a part-time position requiring availability approximately three days per week. Candidates seeking full-time employment are encouraged to apply; additional teaching opportunities may be available based on qualifications experience and instructional portfolio.

• Teach Human Anatomy & Physiology I and II and associated laboratory components.
  
• Prepare and deliver lectures laboratory activities assessments and learning materials.
  
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
  
• Maintain accurate academic records and uphold academic standards.
  
• Foster a supportive inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  

• Masters degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Anatomy Physiology Microbiology Biology or Health Sciences. Candidates nearing completion of their Masters degree are encouraged to apply.
  
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
  
• Relevant teaching research laboratory healthcare or industry experience.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to engage and support students in a post-secondary learning environment.
  
• Applicants are not required to have a Nursing background.
