Installer Service Technician

We are seeking an Installer/Service Technician to join our Service and Install business to service and install industrial doors garage roller doors panel doors automatic door openers gate openers and many other specialised products. This position will mainly involve breakdowns and some major works to Industrial Doors and Specialty Products.

What you will do

• Carry out preventative maintenance breakdown repairs and electrical fault finding across automatic doors and access solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers onsite
• Factory duties include stock loading/unloading and despatch.
• Installation and servicing of a range ofdoor products.

What we require

• Solid electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting capability across service environments
• Current Drivers Licence
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to use a variety of power tools.
• Physical ability and agility to complete work.

What we prefer

• Experience with automatic doors roller doors access solutions or industrial electrical equipment highly regarded
• Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical environment
• Understanding of electrical safety principles and preventative maintenance activities
