Department Overview:

As part of Operations Support Services within Enterprise Operations Enablement the Knowledge Management (KM) team serves as a Center of Excellence (COE) for content management. It supports IGM Operations and collaborates with other divisions to establish best practices and governance frameworks for knowledge and content management.

The KM domain is becoming increasingly sophisticated driven by the evolving capabilities of AI and the advancement of content management systems. These technologies are integrated across all phases of content governance - including curation editing approval and monitoring enhancing functionality and strategy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Reporting and Insights Manager for a 6-month term position from July to December. This role offers an opportunity to lead the development deployment and optimization of Coveo AI Search and oversee the management and enhancement of our Content Management System (CMS) Sierra.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our Knowledge and Content Management strategy. This includes driving platform releases improving search relevance enabling data-driven insights and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine (Coveo) and Content Management System (CMS SharePoint) Management
  • Maintenance: Perform regular updates troubleshooting and performance monitoring of Coveo and CMS platforms. Ensure seamless operation by addressing technical issues and applying system enhancements.
  • Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements of search and content platforms including relevance turning query pipeline optimization and metadata configuration within Coveo.
  • Release implementation: Lead the deployment of Coveo releases and CMS updates. Integrate Coveo with platforms like Salesforce and SharePoint develop new features and optimize existing functionalities to support the content lifecycle process.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools such as Power BI and Coveo Usage Analytics to analyze user behaviour search performance and content engagement. Apply insights to improve AI search relevancy and content governance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with developers product owners and business stakeholder to identify content gaps search deficiencies and opportunities for platform innovation
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and user support for CMS and Coveo platforms ensuring teams can efficiently access and manage knowledge assets
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Coveo configurations CMS workflows deployment processes and best practices.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards. Implement measures to safeguard content integrity confidentiality and availability.
  • Consultation expertise
  • Serve the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Knowledge Management offering guidance on AI-powered search and CMS strategy.
  • Represent the KM team on cross-functional committees and working groups
  • Design and execute KM initiatives that capture tactic knowledge and promote a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture across business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology Knowledge Management or a related field
  • 5 years experience in content management system (CMS) (e.g. SharePoint Confluence) with a deep knowledge of publishing workflows and governance.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI-powered search engines like Coveo including
  • Search configuration query pipeline design and relevance tuning
  • Integration with platforms such as Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Using Coveo APIs analytic dashboards and machine learning models
  • Proficiency in web technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript and web publishing standards
  • Proficient in Power BI for data visualization performance reporting and enabling data driven decisions.
  • Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts as applies to search and content personalization
  • Strong analytical skills in content performance evaluation and user behavior analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with search and content platforms is an asset

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $77500 - $100500 which is determined based on skills knowledge and experience and geographic addition to base salary this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive health and well-being benefits retirement and savings plan paid time off and career development.
