Inside Sales Support

What Youll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to HVAC-R products and applications
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Enter and process sales orders accurately in our order system
• Coordinate with outside sales reps and OAMs on customer requirements and follow-up
• Resolve customer service issues including order discrepancies returns and delivery questions
• Stay current on our HVAC-R product line
• Support pricing quoting and availability inquiries
• Build strong lasting relationships with our customers through responsive knowledgeable service

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of experience in inside sales technical support or customer service (HVAC-R or related industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC-R products and applications or a strong ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working with order entry systems and CRM/ERP software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Team player with good judgment under pressure
