  • (Internal Title: Business System Configuration / Development II)
    • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridgebetween the clients business teams (Engineering ConstructionProcurement) and the technical data team. You will navigate complexstakeholder dynamics and manage expectations in a high-pressureenvironment.
    • Requirements Translation: Lead requirements workshops and workingsessions to uncover business needs clarify ambiguous requirements anddefine KPIs aligned to how capital programs are actually managed. Translate business questions into clear technical specifications datamodels and reporting logic.
    • Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and develop interactive high impact executive dashboards in Power BI. You will be responsible for thelast mile of data deliveryensuring insights are accurate intuitive andactionable. Apply domain knowledge and program management/projectcontrols expertise to ensure reporting products align to best practices.
    • Data Logic & Engineering: Work within the clients Snowflake & Power BIenvironment to design robust data models. While you will collaborate witharchitects you must be capable of writing complex SQL transformations toclean normalize and prepare EPC data (Oracle Primavera P6 and otherPMIS tools etc.) for reporting.
    • Quality Assurance: Own the validity of the data. You will trace numbers fromthe dashboard back to the source to ensure trust and alignment withbusiness rules.
    • Process Oversight: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor CI/CDpipelines (GitHub/DevOps) and troubleshoot data ingestion issues thatimpact reporting availability.
  • Working Conditions:
    • Hybrid: This roles work location is primarily onsite with our client andpartners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships but will seesome travel to various client sites at key project milestones.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence Project Controls Data Analytics orAnalytics Engineering.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing hard clientrelationships navigating pushback and driving consensus across technical andnon-technical teams.
  • Power BI Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX data modelingand UI/UX design principles for executive reporting.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital project controls scheduling orconstruction management
  • Snowflake & SQL: Strong SQL skills with the ability to query transform and modeldata within Snowflake. You must understand how to prepare data for optimal BIperformance.
  • Data Translation: Experience taking raw data from disparate systems (CSV ExcelJSON) and turning it into a cohesive business story (Star schema dimensionalmodeling).
  • Agile Collaboration: Comfort working with JIRA Git and agile methodologies.
  • Holding recognized Project Management certification (CAPM PMP etc.)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Technical Depth: Familiarity with Python dbt or Azure Data Factory for advancedETL scenarios
  • Certifications: SnowPro Core Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) and PMP/CSM
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written andverbal)
  • Effective skills in Microsoft Office
  • Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full-time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit in some cases actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
