Bachelors degree in nursing clinical care healthcare or a related field or equivalent experience required.2 years of experience in nursing clinical care patient support care coordination case management medical or hospital practice insurance biopharma or a related field in nursing required. Certification in case management oncology nursing or equivalent of clinical operations patient support processes and case coordination workflows in healthcare and bio-pharma of medical terminology treatment-related information and patient access or support pathways relevant to routine and moderately complex of documentation standards service procedures and cross-functional coordination requirements needed to maintain accurate and timely case in communicating medical and program information clearly and professionally through inbound and outbound in managing multiple case activities prioritizing follow-ups and maintaining strong attention to detail under in collaborating with patients caregivers providers and internal teams to support effective service delivery and issue to assess patient or case needs navigate moderately complex scenarios and determine appropriate next steps within established to comprehend interpret and relay clinical information accurately in both verbal and written to maintain patient focus exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately to support continuity and quality of care.
