Industrial Planner

As a member of the CFM Field Services team the Industrial Planner plays a critical role in ensuring our tradespeople can perform their work safely efficiently and with minimal downtime. As the link between the customer operations team and field crews this role coordinates all resources required to successfully execute shutdowns planned maintenance emergency repairs and new equipment installations.

• Review opportunities and conduct site visits to assess job scope.
• Develop labor/equipment/material estimates.
• Develop work packages execution plans task sequencing job procedures staffing plans schedules material lists and shutdown/outage plans to ensure work is ready before mobilization.
• Coordinate labor requirements equipment tooling and materials with operations procurement and Field Service Supervision.
• Support field teams during work execution resolve planning issues track actual vs. planned performance manage scope changes and capture lessons learned.
• Integrate safety requirements into plans perform risk assessments support JHAs and critical task planning maintain planning standards and drive process improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial planning maintenance fabrication or project planning experience.

• Strong understanding of sequencing resource planning and scheduling principles.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.

Salary range: $61000 - $85000
