A well-established automotive manufacturing facility is seeking a Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A or 309A) to support maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment. This is a stable long-term opportunity with strong compensation benefits and pension.

Core Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production equipment
• Complete maintenance work orders and report work performed

• Program and revise PLCs and robotic equipment as required
• Read interpret and modify ladder logic and electrical schematics
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment

• Wire new control panels and electrical components for equipment
• Install and service busways conduit cable troughs wiring and communication cables
• Install maintain and troubleshoot plant lighting and emergency lighting systems

• Follow all plant safety procedures and electrical standards
• Ensure equipment and installations meet operational and safety requirements

• Valid Industrial Electrician License (442A or 309A)
• Grade 12 diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Experience with PLCs robotics and industrial electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• $43.35/hour plus applicable shift premiums
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
