You will help people and make a positive impact by bringing a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company. You will guide team members in their day-to-day activities.
In a typical day you will be responsible for:
-Coordinating the various operational activities of the implementation and module-addition -team within the Payroll Department.
-Supervising and evaluating employees under your responsibility.
-Organizing and participating in the training and development of team members.
-Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of work processes that support operational optimization (ISO standards service levels performance indicators etc.).
-Communicating information effectively and facilitating team meetings.
-Managing and evaluating the quality of services delivered.
-Promoting teamwork and the sharing of best practices among team members.
-Representing the department at various meetings and within different projects.
-Participating in operational meetings and contributing to corporate initiatives and projects.
-Delivering high-quality customer service.
-Participating in client meetings as required.
-Anticipating workload fluctuations and upcoming events to adequately prepare the team.
-Ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
-Addressing and managing customer concerns and escalations.
-Ensuring workforce planning and operational continuity during employee absences.
-Bachelors degree in Administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
-Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
-Experience in payroll services (asset).
-Customer service experience (essential).
-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
-Ability to manage stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
-Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
-Strong time management and prioritization skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to change.
-Demonstrated initiative and autonomy.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent command of both French and English oral and written (essential).
CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors including skill level geographic market experience education as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each individual case. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is between $60000 and $100000. This position is currently vacant.
