Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist – BFSI 0604 AS #4

About the Role

We are seeking an IAM Specialist to manage identity governance authentication authorization privileged access and access lifecycle management across enterprise financial systems.

Candidates must have recent IAM experience within Banking Financial Services Insurance Wealth Management Capital Markets Payments or FinTech organizations.

Experience supporting regulatory audits and financial systems access controls is required.

Candidates without BFSI experience will not be considered.

• Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Administer SSO MFA federation and PAM solutions.
• Conduct access reviews and certification campaigns.
• Support identity governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Risk Audit Compliance and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain IAM policies and standards.

• 5 years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint CyberArk Okta Ping Identity or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of IAM governance and access certification processes.
• BFSI experience required.

• CISSP
• CIAM
• CyberArk Certification
