Hydro Vac Technician ( Labourer)

Our Lonestar daylighting team inEdmonton ABis looking for aHydro VacTechnician(labourer/swapper) to join our safety conscious team! This position is responsible for assisting our Hydro Vac Operators on a variety of customer sites to operate units in performing Daylighting excavation activities associated with pipeline construction utility and oil terminal work.

• Ensuring thatHealth and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safework practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at alltimes;
• Assisting theHydro Vac Operators in the safe operation of all units;
• Completing tasksassociated with Daylighting excavation trenching and shoring;
• Ensuring the jobsite placement of the truck is safe stable and secure;
• Completing allrequired paperwork on a daily basis;
• Riggingequipment in and out;
• General clean-upand maintenance of units upon completion on the job.

• Valid Class 5Drivers license is required;
• Previous Swamping or Laborer experience on a HydroVac is preferred;
• Previous industrial or construction labor experience is required;
• Ability andwillingness to travel and to work on an on-call basis.
