HVAC Service Technician & Lead Installer

A very well-known and established commercial HVAC company who has been in business for nearly 40 years is immediately looking for a Lead HVAC Installer and several Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to cover the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) ON.

Commercial HVAC Service Mechanics will diagnose troubleshoot service repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and related systems such as RTUs packaged units VRFs boilers air handlers heat pumps mini splits make up air units exhaust fans energy recovery ventilators and related mechanical systems.

The Lead Commercial HVAC Installer will install start up commission and troubleshoot RTUs furnaces air handlers heat pumps condensing units ac make up air units chillers piping lay out measure and install duct work etc.; oversee projects from start to finish and supervise subcontractors.

Lead COMMERCIAL HVAC INSTALLER JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Gas Fitter 1 or Gas Fitter 2 License mandatory
• At least five (5) years commercial HVAC install experience with RTUs split systems VRF piping refrigeration piping duct work etc.
• At least one (1) year lead hand experience
• Ability to braze solder and can read to read blueprints
• 313A Refrigeration License a strong asset
• Valid G drivers license and clean drivers record
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Gas Fitter 1 or Gas Fitter 2 License mandatory
• Registered 313A 3rd Year Apprentice (or higher) OR 313A Refrigeration License
• 3-5 years commercial HVAC service and repair experience of cmmercial HVAC equipment and systems
• Valid G drivers license and clean drivers record
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Check

SHIFT: Days 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday). Plenty of OT after 44 hours for that that want it. Ability to bank hours. Oncall: 1 week/2months.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS

• Lead HVAC Installer: $45.00 - $55.00/hour & Performance Bonus
• HVAC Service Technician: $35.00 - $55.00/hour
• Paid Weekly through Direct Deposit
• On-Call: Paid 3 hours just for being on call any actual service calls while oncall paid time and a half/double time as per ESA
