HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Hexagons Autonomous Solutions division is looking for an Human Resource Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Calgary Alberta. Reporting to the Manager P&C Global Talent Acquisition this role will support the recruitment function through candidate sourcing interview coordination reporting recruitment systems administration candidate screening and campus recruitment event planning. This is a one-year internship running from May 2027 to May 2028.

As Human Resources Intern you will be responsible for these activities:

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple hiring teams.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing resume screening and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain recruitment systems update candidate records and generate recruiting reports and metrics.
• Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events with a strong focus on university and campus recruiting initiatives.

Must Have:

• Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a Business Human Resources Commerce or related degree program.
• Available for a 12-month work term working 37.5 hours per week
• Available to complete a full-time internship from May 2027 through May 2028.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Have:

• Previous customer service administrative or campus leadership experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel Outlook Teams or applicant tracking systems.

• Builds positive relationships with candidates hiring managers and team members while delivering a high level of service.
