Reporting to the Manager People Analytics & HRIS Optimization youll play an important role in supporting employee programs by ensuring people-related information is accurate reliable and delivered in a timely manner. Youll help maintain high-quality data support reporting needs contribute to process improvements and provide operational support for key employee total rewards programs.

- Support the delivery of employee programs by maintaining accurate employee information and records.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and internal stakeholders regarding people-related processes and programs.
- Prepare and deliver reports and insights that support operational and business decision-making.
- Participate in audits reviews and activities that ensure data quality accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes enhance service delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects system enhancements and organizational priorities.
- Help maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee information while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Provide operational support across Employee Services and Total Rewards programs contributing to the successful delivery of departmental priorities and services.
- A diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline combined with relevant experience.
- Experience supporting HR employee services benefits payroll pension or Total Rewards programs.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused approach with sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Experience working with SAP and other HRIS systems reporting tools and advanced spreadsheet tools. applications.
In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
