YOUR MISSION:
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities
- Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness safety standards and company policies
- Supervise a unionized workforce
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Perform room cleaning and upkeep
- Replace the Housekeeping Manager when required

- Good verbal communication skills in French
Additionally the candidate must:
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Have experience managing a work team
- Be available to work weekends
- Be comfortable working in a unionized environment
Schedule: Flexible schedule based on operational needs including daytime dans weekend shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)
