What Youll Do

As the sites Health & Safety leader youll partner with project leadership subcontractors and field teams to create a proactive high-performance safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day. With your experience supporting complex construction projects you will:

• Lead the implementation of the projects health and safety program across all site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections audits and hazard assessments to proactively manage risk.
• Investigate incidents identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver site orientations toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation company policies and industry best practices.
• Build strong relationships with site teams coaching and influencing safe work practices through a visible field presence.
• Work closely with operations to balance practical project execution with uncompromising safety standards.
