Job Summary

The actual role is a Guidewire Solution Analyst in property and casualty insurance and brokerage tasked with adding capacity to a project-based development team as part of a modernization initiative of the brokerage. The dual role is confirmed: solution analysis is the primary role while team facilitation (servant leader approach) is an additional responsibility within the same team.

Priorities include knowledge of Guidewire and its ecosystem business knowledge of property and casualty insurance and brokerage the ability to bridge business needs with technological solutions and the ability to understand architectures integrations and data flows. The facilitation aspect is expressed through leading workshops facilitating decision-making and aligning stakeholders. The core of the mandate clearly positions Guidewire solution analysis as the central focus not Scrum facilitation.

Requirement

  • Good knowledge of Guidewire and its ecosystem
  • Knowledge of property and casualty insurance and brokerage
  • Experience in solution analysis bridging business needs and technological solutions
  • Facilitator role (servant leader): leading workshops facilitating decision-making aligning stakeholders
