Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead

Were looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Crew Lead to supervise a grounds maintenance team ensure quality work maintain safety standards and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew
- Perform and oversee mowing trimming edging blowing weeding pruning and site clean-up
- Ensure routes are completed on time and to company standards
- Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Complete safety paperwork and promote safe work practices
- Manage timecards crew communication and client feedback
- Coach team members and lead by example
Youll work alongside your crew to complete:
- Mowing (push mowers ride-ons and zero-turns)
- Trimming and edging
- Debris blowing and site cleanup
- Weeding and garden bed maintenance
- Shrub pruning and minor landscape upkeep
- Mulching and seasonal property maintenance
- General litter control and property appearance
What Were Looking For
- Around 2 years of grounds maintenance experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers Licence
