What do we offer

The GMT program offers a 10-month rotational experience designed to immerse you in variousfacets providing hands-on experiencesacross our core business areas.

As you progressyoullrotate through our front-lineBrewery Sales and Logistics teams gaining exposure to different operational sites includingbrewery locationswarehouse facilitiesourTorontoheadquarters and other localized sites. Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing whereyoulllearn about specificprograms andprocesses whileworkingonstrategic business projectsto prepare you for your first placement.

Following the program you will continue tobuildyourLabattjourneywith placementtypically inaFrontlineSales or Supply Chain team based on your interestsand business needs.

• Exposure to senior leadership including Labatts Presidentthrough networking opportunities and project presentations.

• Living stipend to supportyou throughout the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering BusinessSciencesor a related field

• Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025 2026oranticipatedgraduation no later than September 2027.

• Must be mobile and open to relocation to experiencedifferent functionsand locations acrossCanada

• No formal work experience is.Previousinternship experience is a plus.

• Eligible to work inCanada

• Bilingualism is anasset
