WhatYoullDo
Help guests plan book andmodifyreservations across hotels attractions and transportation within Canada and the USA
Deliver exceptional service across phone email and chat
Identifyopportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and cross-selling
Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintainaccuratebookings and guest information across multiple systems
Stay current on products promotions and destinations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications
1 years in customer service hospitality retail or contact centre environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools
Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings weekends and holidays)

Preferred
Experience in travel hospitality or reservations
Familiarity with systems such as InntopiaMaestroVentrataCRM toolsandtelephony platforms
Experience in sales or upselling environments
Compensation
Starting wage: $18.50/hour
