- Support and help implement the Head Coachs vision for the Girls Track and Fieldprogram
- Provide positive leadership for all levels ofTrack and Field
- Communicate with all stake holders of program.
- Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success ofGeorge Washington Carver Academy
