General Projects Associate Labourer (Part-Time)

The successful candidate will mainly work at Brentview Tower (NW Calgary) and assist at other buildings as :Responsible for various labour tasksPerform a variety of building maintenance landscaping and cleaning tasks Ensure site cleanliness including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sitesPainting suites parkades and other areasAssist other team members as needed Experience and Educational Requirements:Experience in maintenance and / or cleaningFamiliarity with technology is an asset Technical Requirements:Ability to operate small equipment and power toolsAbility to learn in-house software programsNon-Technical Requirements:Ability to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Excellent time-management skills Ability to learn quickly adapt to change and be flexible in nature Demonstrates a positive attitude enthusiasm and assertiveness Deadline and goal oriented
