General Projects Associate Labourer (Contract)

This is a contract position until end of October :Radisson Village (SE Calgary)Responsibilities:Responsible for various labour tasksPerform a variety of building maintenance landscaping and cleaning tasksEnsure site cleanliness including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sitesPainting suites parkades and other areasAssist other team members as neededExperience and Educational Requirements:Experience in maintenance and / or cleaningFamiliarity with technology is an assetTechnical Requirements:Ability to operate small equipment and power toolsAbility to learn in-house software programsNon-Technical Requirements:Ability to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentStrong commitment to providing excellent customer service Excellent time-management skills Ability to learn quickly adapt to change and be flexible in nature Demonstrates a positive attitude enthusiasm and assertiveness Deadline and goal oriented
