Job Summary
Key Accountabilities:
- Work the track ie screen pack open using tractors and or trucks
- Winter use dump trucks to remove snow
- Work loader Grader to clean up and put stone down in dump trucks
- Look after all property maintenance including but not limited to; grass cutting and weed whacking trimming bushes tree removal and pruning watering flowers picking up garbage on property
- Clean ship and Lasix barn muck stalls
- Power wash all tracks equipment and vehicles
- Build up screens (welding)
- Snow ploughing salting roads and walkways shovelling sidewalks and clearing snow on all property
- Keeping Maintenance shop clean and organized.
Any other duties as assigned
Education and Qualification Requirements:
Valid Drivers Licence
Health & Safety
Safe equipment training
Able to operate loaders and all equipment
Must be able to work around horses
Some knowledge of the horse racing industry preferred
