GENERAL LABOURER (WAREHOUSE)

We are looking for reliable FULL-TIME GENERAL LABOURER to assist the operations team at our BELLEVILLE Warehouse located at 659 College Street East.  This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 

HOURS:  Monday - Friday: 6:30AM - 3:00PM

SALARY: $18.00 per hour to start with a salary increase after 3 months

Qualifications :

JOB PURPOSE:

Our Warehouse workers responsibilities include storing materials picking packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load pack wrap label ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick unload label store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Sort and place materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Open bales crates and other containers
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders printing request recording amounts of materials  or items received or distributed
• May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• Prepare parcels for mailing

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet area and work stations neat; sweep dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Wear the proper safety equipment
• Special projects as assigned

• Demonstrates ability to work in environment with minimal supervision
• Avid understanding of production procedures
