General Foreman

Firmais seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our growing team.

Wage:
$50.00/hr Company Truck

• Oversee and coordinate multiple concrete crews and Foremen across active projects.
• Lead daily construction operations ensuring projects remain on schedule and within production targets.
• Coordinate manpower equipment materials and workflow across multiple crews.
• Provide direction and support to Foremen to ensure consistent productivity quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor concrete placing finishing curing and protection procedures.
• Conduct and support daily FLHAs toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
• Identify and resolve field issues coordinating with Superintendents Project Managers and other site personnel.
• Monitor production manpower equipment utilization and overall job progress.
• Complete and review daily reports timecards production tracking and other required documentation.
• Ensure crews follow company policies project specifications and safety requirements.
• Assist with project planning scheduling and coordination to maintain efficient site operations.
• Mentor and develop Foremen and crew members promoting strong leadership and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with Superintendents Project Managers clients subcontractors and field teams.
  Requirements:
• Proven experience as a General Foreman Senior Foreman or similar leadership role in concrete construction.
• Extensive experience in commercial and industrial concrete construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placing finishing and construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple crews and Foremen simultaneously.
• Strong leadership communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production quality safety and manpower expectations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
