Were looking for a hardworking Gardening Crew Member to help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through planting garden care seasonal cleanups and landscape maintenance. If you enjoy working outside take pride in your work and thrive in a team environment wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Plant and maintain trees shrubs flowers and garden beds
- Assist with mulching edging lawn care and seasonal cleanups
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions
- Work closely with the Junior Project Manager and crew members
- Maintain safe clean and organized job sites
- Report equipment maintenance needs
- Support grounds maintenance and other landscaping projects as needed
What Were Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Flexible to work early mornings and weekends during busy seasons
