Garage Door Installer Sub Contractor

Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sub-Contractor for our Garage Door Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of various types of residential garage doors. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The Garage Door Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction. This position is Monday - Friday with sub-contractor piece work rates. The earning potential is $70000 - $100000 per ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair residential garage doors including automatic and interpret blueprints to determine installation hand tools and power tools effectively for installation or replace damaged components of garage proper alignment plumb and functionality of installed routine maintenance checks on installed doors to ensure optimal a clean and organized work area at all and QualificationsA minimum of 2 years related experience. Proven experience in construction or carpentry is in using hand tools and power tools safely and to read blueprints and technical drawings problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues communication skills for interacting with clients and team possess a valid drivers to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding truck tools and laddersPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to standing kneeling for extended periods of timePlease note that this will not be an employee of the company
