• Host and deal a variety of casino games live on camera for real players in a rotating shift environment

• Interact with players and deliver an engaging rewarding experience

• Provide excellent service to clients at every touchpoint

• Maintain the highest professional standards at all times

• Native/fluent Mandarin (C1) oral and written fluent English (C1)

• 1-2 years previous experience in a service-related industry

• Must already be local to Toronto with the right to work and live in Canada

• Strong work ethic open to learning new things

• Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service

• Excellent communication skills
