Job Summary
Were looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with deep Angular expertise to join a collaborative delivery team in Toronto. The ideal candidate leads with strong frontend skills is comfortable picking up backend work as needed and enjoys mentoring others while managing multiple workstreams.
What youll do
- Lead Angular development across one or more concurrent projects
- Work with large datasets and build performant scalable frontend solutions
- Contribute to backend development API integration and CVE remediation as needed
- Support research troubleshooting and technical problem-solving across the stack
- Mentor and upskill team members in Angular development
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
What you bring
- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular as a primary skill
- Solid full stack Java development background with willingness to contribute beyond the frontend
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative working style with a proactive approach to knowledge sharing
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and problem spaces
- Eligibility for a mandatory background check
Nice to have
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Prior experience in a mentoring or technical lead capacity
