Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and visitors at the front counter.
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Greet visitors and assist with general front-desk requirements.
- Maintain a professional organized and welcoming reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative and customer service activities as required.
- Follow established office procedures security protocols and confidentiality requirements.
- Escalate customer concerns or complex inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Perform other related administrative and reception duties as required.
- Valid security clearance mandatory.
- Previous experience in front-line customer service reception counter service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers visitors and internal staff.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to the full temporary assignment.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is -secondary education in Business Administration Office Administration Customer Service or a related field is an combination of education and relevant customer service/administrative experience may be considered.
