ICUC is looking for an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to help shape build and evolve our CRM this role youll view Salesforce and HubSpot as a connected platform designing scalable solutions building automations and custom integrations and ensuring both systems work seamlessly together. Your work will help enable efficient revenue operations through reliable systems high-quality data and thoughtful technical solutions.
What Youll Bring
Salesforce development expertise: Experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex Lightning Web Components SOQL triggers and asynchronous processing. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or comparable hands-on experience is welcome.
Strong platform administration skills: Experience working with Flows security models and CRM data architecture. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience is valued.
HubSpot expertise: Experience building and optimizing workflows lead scoring reporting and integrations within HubSpot including custom development utilizing HubSpot APIs.
Integration development experience: Experience designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce HubSpot and other business systems using APIs webhooks and middleware solutions.
Data management and governance: Experience with data modeling migration and maintaining data quality at scale while ensuring data integrity and security.
Technical and operational excellence: Familiarity with version control release management testing practices and deployment processes that support reliable system delivery.
Communication and collaboration: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
We value a broad range of experiences. The following qualifications are considered assets but are not required:
Salesforce Platform Developer II Application Architect System Architect or similar credentials.
HubSpot Developer Revenue Operations or related certifications.
Experience in marketing digital agency social media or customer experience environments.
Experience with SQL data warehousing analytics or business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with RevOps technologies such as CPQ sales engagement platforms lead routing tools or marketing automation platforms like Marketo.

The salary range for this position isUSD $35.00 hourly. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills.
