Foreperson

FLINT is seeking a Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience including supervisory experience for a permanent role in the Fort McMurray area Alberta starting September 2026. In this position you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule 12-hour workdays camp accommodation flights and benefits after 300 hours worked. 

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance O&G or heavy industrial environments.
• Previous experience leading crews in maintenance or turnaround settings.
• Journeyperson trade certification.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: 
  • H2S Alive 
  • CSTS-20
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) 
  • Standard First Aid 
  • WHMIS 
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. 
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required. 
• Must have own reliable transportation to site. 
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits. 

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
