This is more than an administrative positionits an opportunity to help build the culture standards and reputation of a brand-new dealership from day one. As a First Impressions Coordinator youll be the face and voice of Dartmouth Mitsubishi creating a welcoming experience for every guest who visits calls or connects with our dealership. Youll provide exceptional customer service while supporting the Sales Service and Administration teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with professionalism enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset

• Answering and directing incoming calls while providing exceptional service

• Creating positive first impressions for walk-in guests customers and dealership partners

• Supporting Sales and Service departments with administrative tasks and customer coordination

• Maintaining accurate customer information within dealership systems

• Recording walk-in traffic and sales inquiries using CRM technology

• Preparing vehicle documentation including stock cards window stickers registrations and ownership transfers

• Maintaining secure tracking of vehicle keys dealer plates and dealership assets

• Managing mail courier deliveries office supplies and administrative resources

• Maintaining a clean organized and welcoming reception area and guest lounge

• Supporting team members with onboarding and administrative needs

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and dealership operations

• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional appearance and a welcoming personality

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable using technology CRM systems and office applications

• Reliable dependable and willing to support a growing team

Previous automotive hospitality reception or administrative experience is an asset but we are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and commitment to excellence.
