Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical financial analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in financial reporting analysis and process improvement supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions. As a financial analyst you will be responsible for a range of business activities and will respond to ad hoc requests by providing professional data-driven and actionable analyses 

What youre responsible for:

  • Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial modeling
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) reports and dashboards to bring insightful actionable data and support management decisions
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company policies
  • Support internal and external audits including documentation and audit requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A operations and leadership teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications :

To join our team: 

  • You have a bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field (required)
  • You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
  • You have 3-5 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
  • You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas)
  • You have Experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365 Maximo ... ) 
  • You have Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  • You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
